The stretch bending machine employs a fully hydraulic control system, which ensures ease of operation and high production efficiency. It is capable of cold bending a variety of materials with cross-sections up to 500mm, including steel tubes, square tubes, H-beams, I-beams, channel steel, angle iron, flat iron, and special-shaped sections. Post-bending, the arcs are impeccably formed with high precision, excellent stability, and no deformation which garnered unanimous acclaim from our clientele.

The stretch bending machine is available in a multitude of models, with optional stretch power ranging from 15 KN to 400 KN. The selection of an appropriate model is contingent upon several factors pertaining to the material, including its type, cross-sectional profile, wall thickness, as well as the radius and orientation of the desired bend.
